Worm Servant
"These serve worm lords and follow them everywhere. These creatures are despised by Blood Wizards for their weakness and subservience."
The Worm Servant only spawns in Frog World, both in rooms and as minions while fighting the Worm Lord.
The Worm Servant has 10 HP, and drops no gold or hearts upon death. The Worm Servant moves quickly, but does not pursue the player. Instead, it cyclically protrudes red spikes becoming invulnerable, and inflicts 30 damage on contact.
