The Blood Golem is the Final Boss of Blood Rooms.

Appearance

A larger, red version of the summonable Golem.

Behaviour and Drops

The Blood Golem has 300 HP, and when killed will drop 5 gold, 5 hearts, and 5 big hearts, with a 50% chance to drop 15 hearts, and 15 gold, as well as a 50% chance to drop a Dream Sphere, and a 70% chance to drop a random Ring. The Blood Golem does not move much, and will flee teleport if the player is within melee range for too long. It instead shoots red bullets inflicting 30 damage on contact. Additionally, the Blood Golem will summon a duplicate Blood Golem. This duplicate will share the health pool indicated by the boss health bar and must also be slain in order to spawn the portal back to the default floors. Once killed, the Blood Golem will drop the K Note.

Sources and community notes

  • The achievements guide says the Blood Rooms are a secret floor reached by a portal from secret rooms.
  • The achievements guide lists a Bestiary Keeper achievement, so every enemy page here matters for completing the Bestiary.
