Death (spell), not to be confused with death (concept)
"When you truly die, you enter a dream of chirping locusts. A current of endless energy where thoughts await to turn into blood once more. Do you want to see it for yourself? Repeat after me. Moon, Goblet, Sun, Eye."
- Demon (NPC)
The death spell instantly kills the player upon use. It is not found in blood mirrors, and is instead told to you by The Demon after talking to them about death (concept). The spell is really just a joke as all it does is kill the player immediately.
It is the only spell to use more than four sygils.
Community notes
Players report that the complete death spell is five sigils long: Moon, Goblet, Moon, Sun, Eye. That matches this page's note that it is the only spell with more than four sigils, whereas the Demon's four-sigil line quoted above leaves one out.
- Two separate commenters on the Spells guide give the sequence as Moon, Goblet, Moon, Sun, Eye, one calling it "die" and the other "suicide spell". This is a second, independent confirmation of the five-sigil sequence already noted on this page.
