Kenneth: Summons Kenneth in a random room. Once present, Kenneth will pursue the player with hostility in pursuit of his ring. The only way to escape the wrath of Kenneth is to either take a portal to exit the level, or cast the Summon Food spell, satiating his hunger and making him non-hostile.

- A community guide lists the ring's bonus as +25 health.
- Reported sources are the Finger Altar and, in one player's run, a boon altar. Several players say it is simply luck of the draw. One notes it is easier to find early on, when the item pool is smaller.
- Feeding Kenneth with Summon Food makes him harmless, which one commenter says lets you keep the ring without the downside.
- A commenter on the Spells guide says feeding Kenneth a summoned beetroot lets you keep this ring without the side effects.
