The Random Secret Portal is one of the two centerpieces that make a secret room worth finding, the other being the Floor Hatch.
It leads to one of the secret floors. On leaving a secret floor you are returned to the next default floor after the one you entered from.

- The Secret Rooms guide says all secret portals share one texture, so you cannot tell from looking where a given portal goes, and that the floors they lead to carry extra note letters and loot.
