Eyeball Turret

The Eyeball Turret begins spawning in Dungeon, and also spawns in River.
The Eyeball Turret has 20 HP, and when killed drops 1 gold, and 1 heart. Eyeball Turrets are completely stationary and cannot be moved. They instead quickly fire eyeball bullet projectiles in a straight line that inflicts 10 damage on impact.
