- A strategy guide recommends the left and right index fingers. (The ring is named only in the guide's screenshot, not in its text.)
- This is one player's strategy guide, so the finger advice is their recommendation rather than a full effect table. It names fingers directly, where the Rings and Fingers guide uses numbered slots; the two have not been reconciled against each other.
