Named so by the one who traded his legs to Jesters in exchange for its creation, this blade is known to have caused much destruction on the day of the Feast.
Unlocked by discussing Blood with the Warlock. Can only be found by interacting with Finger Altar.
Extremely slow and unwieldy, the Warsword is distinguished by the homing bullet shot upon cut or thrust.

Strategy
The Warsword is without doubt the most broken weapon in the entire game. Despite having a stupidly low starting speed, attack speed potions are able to turn it into a powerhouse capable of turning your game into a powerpoint presentation from the amount of bullets on screen.
Unlike the Hellsword, the Warsword does not obstruct half of the middle of the screen, and the bullets it fires are homing. This essentially makes it a direct upgrade; however, the Hellsword may see more immediate benefit from attack speed buffs than the Warsword.
Sources and community notes
- Disagreement on unlock: the Weapons guide says "Death with Knight", while this page says discuss Blood with the Warlock. Its other details match. Not changed; check in-game.
- A commenter on the Secret Rooms guide calls the Warsword the most broken weapon in the game and defends the finger altar as the way to get it.
