These golden bands are often found in cremation grounds of the Sorcerer's lesser puppets who never mastered blood magic. It is believed that these trinkets can guide the soul to an alternate dimension.
Unlocked by discussing Empathy with Peregrin. Can be found in the Shop and Finger Altar.
