Endings are the four conclusions to Dungeons of Blood and Dream. Each one has its own Steam achievement.

| 2 | True Death | Defeat the Knight of the Crystal in Black Crystal, take the portal, and interact with the large yellow crystal. |
| 3 | Trapped | Defeat The Hunter in Forest and enter the small portal that appears. |
| 4 | Attained | Defeat the Flesh Golem in Wax World and enter the portal. |
Ending 1: Escaped
This is the longest route, because it requires learning the captor's name.
- Defeat the boss of each regular floor to collect all six Notes: L, I, M, B, O and K. The K note only comes from the Blood Golem in Blood Rooms.
- In The Hub, use the row of six letter buttons to spell the name. A door opens and an item lies at the end of the path.
- Interacting with that item unlocks the Caves of Limbok. Its portal appears after you defeat The Hunter in Forest.
- Defeat Limbok, then take the final portal to a brightened version of The Hub and ride the bird.
Completing step 2 also earns the "Secret Knowledge" achievement. See Achievements.
Ending 2: True Death
Reached through the secret floor Black Crystal. See that page for how to access it.
Ending 3: Trapped
The simplest ending. Defeating The Hunter makes a small portal appear. No secret content is needed.
Ending 4: Attained
Reached through Wax World, which can only be entered after clearing the Gilded Halls.
- Pay gold to the golden altar to open the portal to the Gilded Halls.
- Defeat the Gold Wizard. A message appears saying something has changed.
- Return to the starting area of that floor (the Grand Jump spell can be used to leave the boss area). A portal to Wax World is now there.
- Defeat the Flesh Golem and take its portal.
